Edwin Overworks Chino Pants, Selvage Chambray
The Overworks Factory project encloses EDWIN’s top shelf products and fabrics, made with a characteristic 20th century aesthetic. The whole collection has been manufactured in Japan using artisan techniques.
This particular jean is a five pocket style, with a 1947 cut, and tapered legs; all put together with a golden cotton stitch and featuring a classic shrink to fit. The Selvage Chambray denim is not very slubby, but rather quite stiff and hairy. You can easily recognize from look and feel that is a very high quality fabric.
Additionally, it’s made with their signature Japanese denim and specifically for this collection from the Nihon Menpu Mill in Japan. Very Rare.
