Buyer is responsible for all postage, if item is as described.


Items must arrive back with us in the same condition they left.

All returns must be organized with us before you send.


We aim to process returned orders within two working days.


When returned items have been refunded you will be notified by email.


You are responsible for return postage costs and refunds will exclude the original shipping cost paid.


If returning from outside the EU – packages must be clearly labeled “ITEM BEING RETURNED”; this is to avoid any customs charges.


Failure to do this may result in the item being returned to you by customs.


Do you provide International delivery?


We use Royal Mail to send all of our orders and they are forwarded to the national postal service on arrival in the country of destination.


Product Description & Sizing?


We try to use the product, colour & size descriptions as

intended by the designer or brand. If you need clarification on anything, especially size measurements etc. Please ask and we will try our best to help you.


What is your returns policy?


If you are not completely happy with the goods that you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of purchase, providing they are in original resalable condition.


Once returned you are entitled to receive an exchange or a refund.


We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.



How do I track my order?


Yes. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number.


How long does delivery take?


International orders generally take between 7-14 days to arrive. A delivery within UK usually takes 4-5 working days. Express service can be arranged after purchase


What are your delivery options?


UK delivery is usually with Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for service. International delivery is by International Economy Service. Recorded delivery is an additional service which shoud be requested when making the order.
